- Type in ‘Cert’ in the search box, ‘TeleTech WB Certification’ should appear as one of the options
- Click on it to load the cert tool. Wait for it to load at least a minute, if by chance it did not appear, try to minimize open browsers as it may be hidden behind it, or look for the Teletech icon (globe) on the task bar then click on it.

- Domain is TTECHCORP (not case sensitive)The ‘Credential Process Step’ prompt will appear. Login using your NT Username;
- The ‘Install Certificate Step’ prompt will open asking for your Security PIN. This was sent to you in a separate email. Please note that the pin is case sensitive. Please enter the PIN carefully. Once the pin is entered, click the ‘Install certificate’ button. A box will pop up stating the certificate was successfully installed. Click ‘OK’. A web page will then launch with the header ‘Test Succeeded!’. You may now close that page and the web browser
