Error entering my Security PIN (Enrollment Failed)

If you are experiencing an error or ‘Enrolment Failed’ message when entering your security PIN you may be experiencing one of the following issues:

  • The Security PIN is being entered wrong:
    • Try at least 3 times
  • The Security PIN has already been used to download a certificate. A Security PIN can only be used to download one certificate. You will require a new Security PIN

If you are still experiencing errors, simply email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN.
