If you are experiencing an error or ‘Enrolment Failed’ message when entering your security PIN you may be experiencing one of the following issues:
- The Security PIN is being entered wrong:
- Try at least 3 times
- The Security PIN has already been used to download a certificate. A Security PIN can only be used to download one certificate. You will require a new Security PIN
If you are still experiencing errors, simply email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN.
