For GENERAL issues you only need to download and run the WBCleanup.exe file.

1. Click on this link in order to resolve the issue:
   Download Fix for WorkBooth driver
2. Right-click on WBCleanup.exe file and on the menu click on Run as administrator. A window will appear, accept the prompts and wait for the window to close by itself.
3. And finally, connect to the portal.
