Certificates can only be downloaded once. They may be installed multiple times on multiple PCs if saved.
If you have changed PCs you will need to install your Certificate on that system.
- If you have saved your Certificate you can simply transfer it to your other system and install it again
- If you didn’t save the Certificate you will need to be issued another certificate:
- Email CandidateSupport@teletech.com for them to issue your system a new Security PIN and follow the instructions in the email
