This means the WorkBooth scan of your system detected that an unsupported Microsoft Update (KB#######) was installed.

These updates are known to cause issues with Secure Workspace.

Remove the update as follows:

1. Click on the Start Button
2. Click on “Control Panel”
3. Click on “Windows Update”
4. Click on “View update history”
5. Click on “Installed Updates”
6. Click on the “Search” box
7. Type the KB number (ie.- KB3087985) in the Search Box and press “Enter”
8. Click on the relevant security update (ie.- Security Update for Microsoft Windows [KB3087985])
9. Click on “Uninstall”
10. Click on “Yes”
11. After the update is uninstalled, Click on “Restart Now”
