I haven’t downloaded a Certificate

If you haven’t installed a certificate you will need to do so in order to continue.
You should have received a email from Candidate Support with your Security PIN and instructions to download and install your certificate.
If you haven’t received an email be sure to check your junk mail folder, if it isn’t there email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to get new one issued.
Once you have your Security PIN follow the instructions in the email.
