When logging into WorkBooth (http://goto.workbooth.com), WorkBooth doesn’t recognize that you have a certificate installed or a valid certificate on your system.
If you have installed your Certificate and continue to get an error when logging in, this could be caused by any of the following:
- Certificate wasn’t installed correctly:
- If you have saved your Certificate you can simply install it again. If that doesn’t work you will need to email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN. Once you have your Security PIN you may Download and Install your Certificate
- If you didn’t save the Certificate you will need to be issued another certificate:
- Email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN. Once you have your Security PIN you follow the instructions in the email.
- Certificate has expired or was revoked:
- If the Certificate has expired or been revoked then it will not allow you to login:
- Email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN. Once you have your Security PIN you follow the instructions in the email.
- If the Certificate has expired or been revoked then it will not allow you to login:
- Certificate wasn’t issued correctly:
- If the Certificate was issued incorrectly during creation process it will not work:
- Email CandidateSupport@teletech.com to issue your system a new Security PIN. Once you have your Security PIN you follow the instructions in the email.
