Let’s authenticate!
We use PingID as our multi-factor authentication partner. During your Tech Check-in (TCI), we’ll utilize PingID to fully setup the Secure Remote Worker environment. It’s a 3-step process.
To do prior to your TCI:
- Install the PingID app on your mobile device.
To do during your TCI:
- Register your TTEC email address with Ping.
- Finally pair your mobile device with the newly created Ping account.
Base Device Requirements:

- Must have a Smart Phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (Ipad, etc.).
- Android version 6 or higher.
- IOS versions 8 or Higher.
- Must Enable Screen Lock – PIN, Swipe Lock, Fingerprint, or FaceID.
- Enable Lock on iPhone:

- Devices must NOT be Rooted or JailBroken.
- Device will be used every day for login, ensure that the device you register will be easily and constantly accessible.
Installing PingID On Your Mobile Device
1. Search for the PingID app on your mobile device either from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).

4. Register your PingID before initially signing on by using this link: https://desktop.pingone.com/ttec.
5. Sign on with your Active Directory credentials.
6. Please note: Your Active Directory credential is the same as the username and password you use to log in to your computer each day.
7.Once the app is downloaded, visit the PingOne website. Click the “I already installed the PingID app”.
8. The next screen provides a QR code. Open the PingID application and agree to the permission pop-ups (notifications, location and camera). The camera can then be used to scan the QR code.
9. After the QR code has been scanned, your phone will verify your global protect sign in. Verify your identity on the app by following the prompts.
IMPORTANT: You must keep the PingID app on your phone to allow for multi-factor authentication in the future.
