Renewing a Security Certificate

Please follow the steps carefully to install a certificate using WorkBooth 2.5:

  1. Open Internet Explorer (by clicking on the blue ‘E’ icon)
  2. Click on the ‘Gear’ icon on the top right of the browser just under the red ‘X’. Or if you have the Menu Bar showing on your browser, you can click on the ‘Tools’ button
  3. Click ‘Internet Options’ -> ‘Content’ Tab -> ‘Certificates’
  4. Click ‘Remove’ to delete the old certificates (starting with USDEN) in the Personal Tab, then close. A certificate prompt will open asking: “You cannot decrypt data encrypted using the certificates. Do you want to delete the certificates?” Click ‘Yes’. After you click ‘Yes’ the highlighted certificate(s) will be removed.
  5. You can remove more than one certificate at a time. If you have certificates that shows ‘DO.NOT.TRUST’, remove them also as they are potentially malware.
  6. Once you have all of the TeleTech certs removed. Click on your Start/Windows Button.
  7. Type in ‘Cert’ in the search box, ‘TeleTech WB Certification’ should appear as one of the options
  8. Click on it to load the cert tool. Wait for it to load at least a minute, if by chance it did not appear, try to minimize open browsers as it may be hidden behind it, or look for the Teletech icon (globe) on the task bar then click on it.
    • *Oracle Number – Used for new employees
    • *First and last name – Used for old employees
    • Domain is TTECHCORP (not case sensitive)The ‘Credential Process Step’ prompt will appear. Login using your NT Username;

     

  9. The ‘Install Certificate Step’ prompt will open asking for your Security PIN. This was sent to you in a separate email. Please note that the pin is case sensitive. Please enter the PIN carefully. Once the pin is entered, click the ‘Install certificate’ button. A box will pop up stating the certificate was successfully installed. Click ‘OK’. A web page will then launch with the header ‘Test Succeeded!’. You may now close that page and the web browser
