1. Please click on Download to install and launch the Initial System Assessment (ISA) In Internet explorer you should see a block with a yellow ribbon, click on run Button
2. The application will download and open, click on the Next button.
3. Click on I Agree button.
4. Click on Next.
5. Click on Install button.
6. Finishing ISA installation; click on the Finish button.
7. Here applicants can run ISA either as a Job Applicant or as an existing TeleTech employee, by filling the information and click on Login.
8. In case your computer fails the Initial System Assessment click on close and will need to review the status and improve what is specified.
9. ISA returns the assessment results; click on Continue.
10. If your system successfully finishes the Initial System Assessment process click on Close and Contact Talent Acquisition for you application offer.
