In an effort to better understand the components of your system, please complete the steps below in order to gather a System Information report and have it sent back to us.

1. Follow this link to download your free copy of Belarc Advisor.
2. Save it to your Desktop.
3. When the download is done, double-click advisor.exe from your desktop to install the Belarc Advisor application.
4. Agree to the terms and then continue through the installation.
5. When asked to check for new Advisor security definitions, select No.
6. When the report opens up in your browser, click on File / Save As to save it to your desktop and rename it to your FirstnameLastname (Ex:johnsmith.html).

Sending the Report back to the ASD:

• Create a new email addressed to supportcenter@percepta.com.
• In the subject of the email, please put in your first and last name (Example: Jim Smith).
• Attach the Belarc report to this email (should be saved to your desktop; firstlastname.html).
• Send the email.
