No SIP Phone Error / How to install your SIP phone

This means the WorkBooth scan of your system didn’t detect that the TeleTech SIP phone was installed.

TeleTech SIP Phone will handle your calls within WorkBooth.

Download and configure the TeleTech SIP phone as follows:

  1. Click on the link provided to download TeleTech SIP phone
  2. Save the file
  3. Double click on the executable file to launch it
  4. Select ‘English’ as the language
  5. Follow any recommendations to install missing components
  6. Once all required components have been installed on your PC the SIP Wizard will open. Click ‘Next’
  7. Agree to the End-User Agreement
  8. Accept the default path for installation
  9. Unclick ‘Launch this program when Windows starts’
  10. Click on ‘Install’
  11. Click on ‘Finish’
