If an employee experiences any technical issues while working from home, they are to immediately alert their TL/Supervisor/Manager for IT @home Escalation Procedures.

Configure Windows Defender for Windows 8.1

Windows 8.1 users with Windows Defender must complete the following steps in order to access WorkBooth:

Download the Windows Defender Exclusions program.
Locate the downloaded file (Defender Fixer Package v1.3.2.exe)
Right click on the file and select ‘Run as administrator’.
Reboot your PC! This is absolutely necessary.
