This means the WorkBooth scan of your system didn’t detect that VMware was installed.
VMware is used to connect to your TeleTech desktop were your client software resides.
Download and configure VMWare as follows:
- Click on the link provided to download VMWare View Client
- Save the file
- Double click on the executable file to launch it
- Click on ‘Next’
- Click on ‘Next’
- Select ‘I accept the terms in the license agreement’
- Keep default installs
- Leave ‘Default View Connection Server:’ blank (This will be provided to you at a later time)
- Select ‘Show in Connection dialog’ and uncheck ‘Set default option to login as current user’
- Keep default settings
- Click ‘Install’
- Install will complete successfully. Click ‘Finish’
- The install will require you to reboot your system. Please click ‘Yes’ to restart your PC. Or ‘No’ if you would like to do it at another time
